If you need to REMOVE items from your recent order, please include your order number and the item for removal in your ticket.
If you need to make SMALL ADDITIONS to your order (less than $50), please include your order number and a link to the item you wish to add. We will invoice you for the cost of the item and additional shipping charges.
If you need to make LARGE ADDITIONS to your order (more than $50), please place a second order, then open a help desk ticket and let us know that you've placed two orders so we can combine shipping. If there are significant savings, we will partially refund your shipping after the order is fulfilled.
If you need to CANCEL an order, please include your order number and your reason for cancellation.
If you need to RETURN an order, please provide your order number and your reason for the return. Please note that returns are only allowed for items within 30 days of receipt, and they must be unopened or resealable with all of the original packaging. A restocking fee may apply if items have been opened. Returns are not allowed for digital products, such as downloaded sequences, SD cards with digital sequence files, or activated software licenses.
