Light-O-Rama Sponsorship Request

In order to request prizes for a conference or educational event, we require that at least two hours of educational instruction be dedicated to Light-O-Rama hardware or software for a one-day conference, or four hours of educational instruction be dedicated to Light-O-Rama hardware or software for a two-day conference. Requests for physical prizes must be submitted at least four weeks in advance; requests for gift certificates must be made at least two weeks in advance.

Light-O-Rama reserves the right to determine the donation type or total value regardless of information provided in the request form, as well as decline a donation request for any reason.
