Light-O-Rama offers numerous FREE training and support options for beginner setup to advanced use, including 70+ tutorial videos, nearly 800 pages of detailed software documentation, hardware manuals, live Zoom Room Q&A sessions, the Official Light-O-Rama Facebook Group, the Official Light-O-Rama Forums, and free support via the tickets submitted to the Help Desk.

To schedule a paid Training or Troubleshooting Session for one-on-one extra support or learning opportunities via phone call or remote computer access, please submit this form. We recommend selecting 1-2 topics for a 30 minute session, or up to 3 topics for a 60 minute session.

Submitting this form does not guarantee you a same-day training session. A Light-O-Rama expert will contact you within 2 business days to ask any clarifying questions, or to invite you to schedule a training on a date within 14 days of your request.
